I get this on my camera and are not able to set activity zones.

Is the camera included in a subscription?

If the camera is AC powered, then the activity zones are processed in the camera. But if the camera is on battery, then the activity zones are processed in the cloud, and that requires a subscription.

You may want to remove the existing zone to get rid of the message if nothing else works or is desired.

They are battery operated and still on the 3 month subscription. I was able to edit the activity zone on the ipad and then the warning disappeared on the android.
