We got a new modem. Everything else is the same. We have a new wi-fi name and password for the new modem. It keeps saying the base station is offline. We can see it on our linksys router, but it doesn't seem to be connecting to it. The base station was powered off overnight, so I've done a reset of the base station. I've removed all the cameras and added them back on. It still says base station is offline. Help!

What base station lights are on and what color are they?

Since the reset have you gone through adding the base station again using the app?

Have you made sure that you are connected to your new router when adding the base?

Did you reset the base station and set it up from scratch?

Then again, not knowing what this (unnamed) modem does, if it is also a router for example, it is hard to diagnose what happened but it is rarely just a case of swapping out one bit of the network for something else.
