Mics not equally sensitive to each other

I have my Arlo Pro 2 kit with 2 cameras. When testing them out one camera is picking up sound almost double of that to the other camera. They both have same latest firmware and volume is at highest for both. Is this normal that one camera should offer better sound than the other?

Not that I know of. You could try taking the lower sound camera and remove it from Settings, My Devices and resync to see if that makes a difference.
