Shared camera says its offline

I have my cameras shared with my boyfriend. On his app it says the camera is offline but yet mine shows connected. I have changed no settings.

Have him log out and back in. Restart the phone. If nothing else, reinstall the app.

Is this an intermittent behavior or does it always show offline. Did the suggestion above resolve the issue or are you still experiencing this behavior?
