Have two ARLO Pro Cameras purchased from Amazon Feb 2018.

One has multiple red LED's visible when its dark. The other identical camera displays zero red LED's.

The one without visible red LED's has pretty good low light capabilities. The other is virtually useless in the dark but great in daylight.

Why the difference?

Verify that Night Vision is enabled in Settings, My Devices, your camera. Toggle it to see if there's a difference. If needed, remove the camera from Settings, My Devices. Reinsert the battery and resync it. If still no good, it's likely a hardware failure - swap at the store or open a case with support here.
