    <description>After having this feature why take it away....What happened to the time and date stamp on my footage. I called customer service and they said to wait for the new update, well that just happened and still no time stamp on recent footage. Your product is starting to loose it’s wow effect with us. I spent alot of money on your product , which starts off strong and now is slowly turning into garbage. Please advise ASAP.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure what you're talking about. The footage has never had a time and date stamp on it AFAIK. The video file you download is named with a Unix time and date stamp. Can you post an older video that shows the time and date stamp?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
