We need to change the administrator email/username to an exisitng user account. The system returns an error stating it must be a new account.

If the account you want to move your system to already exists, you will need to remove the devices from the current account. Once removed, log in to the existing account you want to move the devices to, click "Add device" and follow the on screen instructions.
