Google Assistant Voice Commands Not Working

If I say "OK Google show the front porch on the living room tv" it correctly streams my camera to my Chromecast-enabled tv. If I say the exact same command but for another Chromecast it plays videos from YouTube.

What gives?

Is this an intermittent behavior or does the other Chromecast always do this?
