Siren icon missing in app

Did a reboot and the siren icon is not showing up still.....any ideas?

On m Android app it's now a little down arrow at the top of the screen which when touched brings up the siren button.

On the web GUI it's now a white bell on a blue background top right of the screen.

On IOS, it's the small bar in mid screen at top.... it's a slide down
