Replaying recordings

Hello

After a recording has played, I can't play it again. It zooms in and out, but to play it again, I have to 'come out of it' back to the list in the Feed, to then go back to it to be able to watch it again.

Thanks for the feedback. It looks like this symptom has already been identified, and a fix is coming soon.

Indeed. I've still not got an answer as to why so many features get broken in every release. Whatever it is, it's clearly not working.

Is there a reason why I'm unable to replay a video within the app?

I could of sworn I used to be able to on a previous version of the app.

Are you trying to replay a feed recording with an Android phone? This feature died several versions ago.

It's a feature that should work but doesn't. Right now you have to go back to the Feed display and click on the video again.

Yeah it's an Android, I remember when I used to be able to. Why did they get rid of this feature?

As @jguerdat states it should be working but it's currently not.

Arlo bugs are not resolved as quickly as reported unfortunately so we end up waiting months.

Which firmware version are you on? Can you send a video of what you are seeing when trying to replay the video?

Firmware version for what the app or the base station? And there's just no play button after you watch the video once, you have to back out and click the video again to watch it again.

I checked in with the team and This symptom should be resolved soon. Looks like it was identified and resolved, just waiting to be released in an update.
