Help with opening an account

I took over the base with 2 cameras from my parents and would now like to set them up with me.

But can't open an account.

Could you please help me.

The message that the device already has an account comes.

I'm not sure what your issue is.

If you already have an Arlo account created, then the issue likely is that your parents never removed the camera and hub from their account.

I have to create a new account for the device and ask you to delete the remaining account of my parents so that it works.

Do you have the username and password for your parent's account?

Are these the only Arlo cameras they had?

If so, then you can delete your newly created Arlo account, and change username to your email.

It will send an email to the current account email to confirm, so you (or one of your parents) will need to confirm using the instructions in the email.

Once the account email/username is changed, you can change the password (if desired):

Likely you will also want to update the location address and payment method in the profile.
