&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the update. For your doorbell inquiry, do you see the silent mode option within the device settings? if so, do you have that enabled? A simple troubleshooting step, if you haven't tried it all already, would be to remove and reinstall the app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>My feed has disappeared</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My feed is no longer visible in the app...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android (current OS &amp;amp; firmware)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pro 2 (x 4 cameras)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Arlo Q ( x 1 camera)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No subscription (EU based)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7 days free recording&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can see the cameras &amp;amp; live view, but no saved videos. I've also added a USB for local recording but still nothing shows.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Uninstall/reinstall app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Force stop&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Delete cache&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Change location setting (only one)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Add/remove feed sources&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restart hub&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me get this resolved&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I discovered that I had been using my original account, which I had registered while living in the Middle East. Now I'm back in Europe. I registered a new account this evening with a different email address and set up the system again. However now I'm experiencing a different problem. Calls from my Audio Doorbell are not coming through to my phone. Instead I get a notification saying someone has pressed the doorbell.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
