I am currently in Houston and bought my Arlo at Best Buy there. My Amazon Echo Show I got directly from Amazon.

You should contact Amazon with this problem and if they cannot help you see if you can return the item. I am quite sure it has nothing to do with Arlo. If you Google "Alexa Skills Geographic Restrictions" it will give you some ideas as to what could be causing this.

No worries. I got it done. Changed the country under Devices and Contents - Settings in Amazon.
