Need help with Apple home kit code

I have Arlo VMB4500 base station

i don't have Apple home kit code

i am trying to add Arlo base and cameras but it is not getting detected and there is no code to manually add

can some one help

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

Restarted multiple times. Followed instructions

not able to add to Apple home kit( not detecting device via Apple kit) when I use Arlo, I still can not add as it keep on searching

how do I manually find the code to add it manually to Apple home kit

There is no code. You need to use the procedure for no setup code.

when i reach this step

Tap HomeKit.. Select the Arlo SmartHub or Arlo Base Station you want to add to Apple Home

It keeps on searching after clicking on home kit and nothing comes up

This is after you restarted the VMB4500?

Is the phone connected to your home wifi?
