    <description>&lt;P&gt;You will likely have to perform a factory reset using a paper clip to insert into the reset hole at the rear of the base. Hold until the LEDs begin flashing amber and wait until it settles to solid green, green, Amber.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although you can remove the devices from the previous owners app, the devices would need to have been connected at the time they are removed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Arlo VMB4000</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, recently received the &lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Pro Base Station Three-LED VMB4000" id="pro-base-station-three-led-vmb4000"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;with cameras from a relative, these were set up and working well for them previously.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On going through the set up process within the app (and through the website on a PC), I cannot seem to pair the base station to the app. It shows 1 constant amber light on the left most side (power) and the other 2 lights are off mainly; they momentarily turn green for a second and then go off every few minutes or so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have followed the troubleshooting guide indicating to connect the ethernet first and then the power cable. I have also completed a factory reset by holding down the reset button.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally, I have logged into the relative's Arlo account, all of the devices have been removed from here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The hub is connected to my Eero hub via ethernet, which is connected to the ISP router also via ethernet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alternatively, I have connected the hub directly into the ISP router, only this provides the same results.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anybody have any advice on resolving this matter please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was the base also removed from the other account ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or you could hook it up temp to the original&amp;nbsp;relative's account ( or another persons system ) to see if it connects to internet.... that's would at least show if the problem is on yr side or the base&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;An amber power LED generally means that either the power supply or base stations is faulty. You can use a voltmeter to measure the power supply output to verify it's 12 volts DC. If that's the part that's bad, you may be able to use an old Netgear router power supply (verify voltage and polarity before plugging in) or buy a "universal" power supply where you can change tips to fit as well as being able to change voltage and polarity to match what the base needs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
