Please can some one help, i have just moved house and i am now using 5g network though the airways, IE not through a cable to my home. My hub keeps going from solid orange to solid blue, no flashing. I have tried every thing i can find on the web about it to no avail. Any further suggestions would be gratefully received.

Martin

Try rebooting your mobile router when it turns orange, and see if that helps.

I am thinking that your mobile provider is dropping the connection occasionally.

I wondered that as well. I did look at the signal when the light came on orange but still have a steady signal, plus nothing else drops of.

Good morning, yes i bought 4 new cameras Arlo 5 that are direct to my phone, then realised that to record any thing i needed the base station as well. so they are connected to the VMB 4540. Still got the same problem with the station of orange and blue lights solid and alternating. The cameras i've not got an issue with as they are directly to my phone. Unless i am doing something wrong in my thought process. Please any more help will be gratefully received.

Martin

I would suggest reaching out to support via the app. That way they can look into the basestation more.
