While I tend to doubt it makes a difference, try renaming one of your schedules other than Home (just thinking the same name may cause the software to be confused).

I am seeing that your Leave automation was disabled when you posted. Were you home when you took those screen shots?

Some mornings it doesn’t go to standby even though I am at home.

One thing that is wrong is that your 9pm schedule is disabling "Arrive". That won't work, because the "Arm Home" mode switch will reset which automations are enabled.

Try removing the geofencing automations altogether, and see if straight scheduling works.
