Do I connect new base station to modem or wireless router

I have been using Arlo in a home. I have in California with seven cameras attached working excellently. So I purchased another system same system for a home in Oregon. I can’t get it to hook up. Do I need a second Arlo secure online account?

It needs to connect with ethernet. Generally it is connected to a LAN port of the router.

No, you should be able to add the equipment to your existing account. The second home will need it's own subscription.

Can you be more specific about the problems you are having?

Also, what equipment are you trying to install?
