    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Version 6.1.6 updated 6/16/15 on iPad Air 4 running IOS 18.5.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Version 6.2 updated 6/25/25 on iPhone 12 running IOS 18.5&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Have no plan and use local storage and have 50GB of available storage on an SD card. Have been running this set up for years.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Current problem is the inability to view videos using the iPhone. System works fine using the iPad.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Trouble shooting already. Removed and re-installed Arlo app on iPhone. Powered Arlo off and back on. Reformatted the SD card.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;HELP.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you looking in both these places:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Selecting the base station on the devices page, and then selecting storage settings&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Selecting the feed and then local&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;(I'm guessing you are, but wanted to confirm).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am using an iPhone 12 mini, but 6.2 isn't showing up for me yet - I see 6.1.6.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I am accessing the same way on the iPhone and the iPad. Clearly something is different somewhere. I just can’t find it. This just (last week) started happening. As I don’t pay for a plan Arlo provides no support. Hooefully someone here can help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you try again with the latest version 6.2.2 and let me know how it goes. If you don't see the update you should be able to reinstall the app and it should update to that version.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
