2 user on free plan

I have downloaded the Arlo app to my fathers phone, added the cameras to his list and all works well....on his phone (android).

I want to do the same for my mothers phone. We downloaded the app (iphone), invited her to have access, she created acoount - but no matter what - it will not let us find the base station? They are running on free plan - is there somehow restrictions to only 1 active user?

They both have updated apps.

Do their accounts (and yours) all show

all show "Feed" and "Dashboard" in the app menu?
all show "Library" in the app menu? or
do some show "Library" and others show "Feed" and "Dashboard"?

When you shared your cameras with your mother's account, did you remember to grant her "access rights"?

Is your mother's account seeing the cameras?
