      <title>LIVE VIEW no longer works on Models VMC4030P Pro 2 cameras</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Camera Models VMC4030P Pro 2 - 3 of them&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Base Station VMB3500r4&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Arlo app for Android - on two Pixel phones&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Web portal - used occasionally, same issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;LIVE VIEW does not load in the Arlo app when we click on the camera to view a live picture/video.&amp;nbsp; This stopped working last week.&amp;nbsp; We can still see videos in our feed but cannot see live video.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are not using the same login credentials.&amp;nbsp; We are not trying to use LIVE VIEW at the same time.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;We do not have a storage/service plan.&amp;nbsp; We bought these years ago and have the free 7-day local storage on our base.&amp;nbsp; I'm afraid to remove the cameras from the system and try to add them back because I hear there may be an issue with adding them back to the base.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I understand that Arlo said services might change for unsupported devices but I NEVER thought that they'd take away LIVE VIEW.&amp;nbsp; I just assumed we'd lose storage or the feed.&amp;nbsp; We use these cameras to monitor a side of our house that has no windows.&amp;nbsp; This malfunction just made our Arlo system useless for that purpose.&amp;nbsp; I don't think I would buy more products from a company that would do this to it's users.&amp;nbsp; If this issue does not get fixed, we will consider similar systems from other companies.&amp;nbsp; I'm open to suggestions if you switched from Arlo to another brand.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CW&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That is correct.&amp;nbsp; Neither of us can live stream from either the mobile app or the website.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We could for a couple hours yesterday so I marked my post as "solved" but now we cannot live stream again.&amp;nbsp; I'm going to have to repost.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
