The two video cameras are no longer loaded. It's impossible to contact arlo support!!! An idiotic robot answers! Better to throw them in the trash and buy another brand or is there an email or toll-free number that is not an idiot robot?

Support requires a subscription. But Pro 2 cameras are end-of-life, so the most you would get from support is a discount on a new camera.

If the batteries were fully discharged, then you could try this:

You could also try getting a stand-alone charging station (likely a third party one that advertises support for the Pro 2).

It does not work. I think to buy one cheaper on amazon! Arlo assistence is terrible

Are you not able to live stream the cameras? What is the error messaging you see, do you have a screenshot you can provide?
