I have tried disconnecting both internet and power. Will turn blue but won’t stay on. Also tried reset to no avail.

What does the LED show when not blue - it's off or maybe flashing amber?

Thank you. My internet server moved my router and added an extender which I plugged my base station into which worked for awhile. I switched back to the main router and the base station reconnected and is working now.
