    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been booted off the system and can not log back in. &amp;nbsp;When I try to it doesn't recognize the device so it states it will send a push notification &amp;nbsp;to verify identity. &amp;nbsp;None of our devices receive this notification. &amp;nbsp;We recently got new iPhones but the cameras were working with them.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We have unplugged the base station and we have also deleted the app and reinstalled &amp;nbsp;it. &amp;nbsp;Nothing has worked. &amp;nbsp;We've tried the same thing on a computer and nothing works.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We are absolutely shut out of our cameras. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions???? &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;After the push notification times out, you can choose email verification instead.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's easiest to use email when you are near a PC, so you can read the code on the PC and enter it on the phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once in, you can trust the phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
