      <title>missing camera after update</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After updating the app, all of my cameras, including the base, are missing from the app. I still get notifications but I am unable to view nor make changes to anything. What am I supposed to do? I have already tried powering off and resetting the base and tried to "add devices" but nothing is working. please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The main user as well as the granted access user both need to be on the same user interface. Both should see feed on the bottom of the app. To get the update you can onboard a Pro 5 (even if you do not have one) and that will kick start the update. Once both users are on the same version then you will be able to see all the cameras.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
