I have an old Arlo Pro 2 (I assume) and it just stopped working. The base hub has only the left side amber light on currently. It used to have all green but still wouldn't work. The app on my cell phone had been updated and still nothing works. I had bought a new router - an ASUS RT-AX5400 Dual Band WiFi 6 and not sure if it is not compatible. I have done the whole unplug restart troubleshooting with this Arlo hub, router and modem and still nothing. I have tried restarting the hub with the paper clip and still no good. I gave up after days of trouble shooting and about to buy a completely different system. Yes I have tried everything after so much research but gave up now. The app is always "looking for my Arlo device" and never finds it.

Without knowing which base you have (you can check the bottom for a label that has VMBxxxx) it would seem that either the power supply or the base itself is faulty. You can use a voltmeter to check the voltage at the connector for 12 volts DC. If that's ok, then it's the base that has died and would have to be replaced.
