Can't record through windows

My cameras aren't recording thru my clean, clear windows and I'm not sure why. If I put these cameras outside on the wall attachment it seems very weak for these heavy cameras. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

The Pro 2 uses a passive infrared (PIR) sensor to detect motion. The IR doesn't go through the glass, so the sensor won't trigger.

I've used the standard mounts for these cameras outdoor for years with no issues. Give it a try.
