    <description>&lt;P&gt;One of my Pro 2 cameras has recently started showing vertical lines, like a barcode, or a vivid green colour. It’s over most of the image. The sound is not affected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm unable to contact support via chat.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is a recent problem. Everything else looks normal. Does anyone have advice?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This can be either&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;a failure of the camera's compression hardware&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;loss on the network connection between the camera and the hub&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Swap the camera with one of the others, and see if the problem stays with the camera or whether it instead stays at that location.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
