Unable to pair pro 2 camera

After changing battery unable to sync camera. Did all troubleshooting all the way to removing camera and now can’t re add it. Gets to fast flashing blue light, then nothing.

Try power cycling the base and rebooting the phone. Did anything work?

Tried that. Still not syncing. Tried everything in syncing. Nothing has worked. Other four cameras sync.

Can you try to onboard it using a different device by any chance?

@BrookeN means "add to to your system". What you are calling "sync".

A dffferent phone, a tablet, a PC (my.arlo.com)

My system is fine. Phone and computer are connected. Even four of arlo cameras sync. Just this one won’t sync.

Post a screen shot of what you see when you

click on your user name in the top right of the forum page
click on "My Settings"

Note you do NOT click on "My profile"
