We recommend that you sufficiently charge your camera batteries to 100% before placing them on the solar panel and whenever the battery drops below 80%, the solar panel starts to charge it slowly until is fully charged again.

I do as you say above but I have to change batteries every month which is inconvenient when the cameras are high up in a remote position. Perhaps your panels are not right for British weather.

Your repeated response does not address my problem. You could stop replying with same stock answer if you are really interested in improving your camera customer satisfaction. Otherwise, you just ignore customer satisfaction.

You have closed my case without acknowledging my issue - not good.
