You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger."       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I had an ongoing issue with arlo support and now I have no way of providing the resources they're asking of me because the system decided I don't have access anymore?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can anybody help me with this? I have an active support case number, and no way to go look at communications around it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
