my iphone was damaged and all my arlo information was on it. I bought a new iphone and downloaded the arlo app. the two step verification has me stumped. I cannot get the old sms phone number off and use the new the number with the new iphone. i tried to add the new phone number and will not go through. what do id

Try using the email verification method. It's simplest to do this with a nearby PC (getting the code from the PC).
