      <description>&lt;P&gt;SOLVED!&amp;nbsp; After logging in through a different machine I reasoned they&amp;nbsp;must be right about the cookies thing so I rechecked my browser (Chrome) and extended the cookies clearing date to full history.&amp;nbsp; Sure enough it's OK now.&amp;nbsp; Just a pain in the butt remembering all the default stuff I had before.&amp;nbsp; But in the end, its still a fantastic product and I'm really impressed (other than their tech support).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
