&lt;P&gt;The older Pro models do need to be charged using chargers that support Qualcomm QuickCharge - did the chargers you try have that feature?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Arlo Has Bricked My H8 Cameras - Now What?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, since I cannot speak to a human at Arlo, I'm trying this community forum and I hope someone can help. Arlo has intentionally bricked my H8 cameras via their "End Of Life" plan and I can no longer charge them. (It has happened to all three cameras at once.) So my questions are: 1) If I purchase new Essential cameras will I be able to resume my current plan? (I was one of the first Arlo customers and am not on the Safe or Secure plan). Or 2) am I now forced to buy new cameras and subscribe to a plan? Thanks for your help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I too doubt this conspiracy theory!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally, if you're in Europe* and the UK, the EOL doesn't apply. It's possible, though unlikely that it happened to all three, that your rechargeables are knackered, as they do have a limited lifespan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;* Not sure if Europe in Arlo's terms means Europe (as a continent) or the EU (European Union), but which excludes some countries in Europe (like Norway that is not part of the EU, but EEA).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
