Hurricane Milton [October 9-10, 2024 Florida] caught us all by surprise since the weather reports kept promising a rainy weekend although with updates were able to prepare as best as possible for this hurricane. The purpose of this post is to speak to the quality of my camera system during a hurricane. I do not have any cameras indoors; but I have had the Arlo Pro 2 6-camera system for sometime and it has held up well over the years through various hurricanes hitting the area in which I live.

Hurricane Milton did NOT [at 92 mph winds] harm the 6 cameras [Arlo Pro 2] located on the outside of my house. I collected and saved to my i-cloud account all of the images I collected during this hurricane. Just think, Netgear really knew that a quality home camera system with 7-day cloud recordings could be a valuable asset to a homeowner.
