    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's been suggested on here that removing and re-adding cameras helped some users. You could try with one to see if you're successful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>App showing all cameras offline</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I open the app to enable the alarm, the cameras appear offline but if I try to select a camera and press play button I can see it without issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This issue is present on both Arlo Pro 2 cameras and also on the VMC3050r6 camera.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've already tried to turn off and on the system without solutions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Orlando&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We tried to uninstall and install the app from scratch on two different iphone but we still have the issue: we can play Cameras but we cannot activate the alarm because the system is offline!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help us&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you using a "Friend" account?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, there is a bug here that Arlo is still investigating.&amp;nbsp; The only workaround right now is to use the primary account when you log in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
