arlo app will not let me log in

Gen 2 cameras and related home base. Since last week the app stopped allowing me to log in. I was able on my PC to change the password, but the app which is the newest version won't let me log in.

Suggestions?

Do you mean Pro 2? (Very different cameras from the Gen 2).

You can still log into the PC?

Is the issue that 2 factor authentication is failing? Or are you not getting the log in screen???
