Accidentally removed camera

Hey guys my dad accidentally removed a camera from his device and he is not the admin of the account. How is he able to get that camera back on his app. I am the admin but I don’t have access to my account and have tried to get back in for years. Where should we go from here?

I’ve tried adding device from his app and it never locates anything after searching.

That is expected, since a camera can only be in one account.

Get back access to your account. I'm tagging the mods - @BrookeN , @ShayneS , @JamesC - in hopes they will assist.

Do you know what caused the loss of access?

Hey thank you for your reply! I was able to gain back access yesterday and fixed the issue. I lost access because I did not remember what email I used for the account and lost my phone so I was never able to log back in. Finally did some deep investigating and found the email I had used.
