My Arlo Base is online but my iphone 14 says it is not and I can’t select mode to Arm or Disarm. This happen after the last update on Sept 26, 2024. I have all access and rights to administer. My wife Arlo apps works perfectly except mine.

One option is that you could just share the same account. Arlo recently changed the system, so multiple devices can now log into the account at the same time.

Does your wife's app screen show "Library"? Or does it instead show "Dashboard" and "Feed"?

What does your app screen show?

Hello,

My wife shows picture attached with library, mode etc and my is the picture with Base Station offline.

I can’t Arm or Disarm or select a mode.

Does using her account credentials on your phone work?

Yes it works with her credentials but why i am not able to use my credentials.

I think Arlo is investigating that problem.

Note you can just continue to use her credentials. Arlo used to only permit one login at a time, but they changed that some months ago.
