    <description>&lt;P&gt;Since the system updated, I'm now on the new version and my arlo cameras are not recording.&amp;nbsp; I've now purchased a subscription, but they are still not recording.&amp;nbsp; I also cannot find the customer service phone number, even though I'm now paying the subscription fee.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Go to Routines and edit your modes to ensure rules are set up properly. In the Dashboard view, select the appropriate mode to activate it.&lt;/P&gt;
