      <title>Device offline</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there some kind of outage? "Your device appears to be offline" message started sometimes yesterday and quite a bit so far this morning. All lights are on bases. We didn't get any videos from most cameras.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
