      <description>&lt;P&gt;My cameras stopped recording about a month ago.&amp;nbsp; I am unable to check my subscription status in my account.&amp;nbsp; I am able to view my cameras "live" but there are no recordings.&amp;nbsp; Customer service at Arlo is non-existent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
