Live cam reviews work, however, recordings and notification not

I can view live feeds from my cameras, however, it is not giving me a notification nor is it saving the event. It used to work but has stopped. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It sounds like you need a back-end resync. I'm tagging the mods - @BrookeN , @ShayneS , @JamesC - so they can do this for you.

If you don't get a reply today or tomorrow, then you could try removing one camera from your account and then re-add it. But there are sometimes challenges getting cameras added back, so I suggest waiting on the resync instead.
