&lt;P&gt;If you are saying that you are no longer seeing any recordings in the app, then that is an issue that some other users have reported.&amp;nbsp; The mods can do a remote re-sync which will resolve it, so please do post back if that is your issue.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have had this system for 6 years now, all recording was stored on the USB installed in base, never&amp;nbsp;had cloud, or&amp;nbsp;paid for subscription, notifications were sent to my phone, with notifications turned on, just recently there has been nothing in the library for all five of my cameras.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Never had to eject USB to see recordings before.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You aren't the first to be confused on how the system works.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once again - your base DOES NOT SUPPORT PLAYBACK.&amp;nbsp; All the recordings you've been seeing in the app and my.arlo.com are stored in the Arlo Cloud - &lt;EM&gt;NOT the USB drive&lt;/EM&gt;.&amp;nbsp; You didn't need to pay for a subscription because your legacy cameras were sold with 7 days free cloud storage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am tagging the mods -&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/922577"&gt;@BrookeN&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3030"&gt;@JamesC&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/647372"&gt;@ShayneS&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- so they can do a back-end sync of your system.&amp;nbsp; That should restore the normal operation.&amp;nbsp; They will reply after they've done this for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
