Check the bottom of the base for a sticker that lists VMBxxxx. The VMB3xxx series can't connect with a Pro 5.</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>As for local recordings, only the VMB4540 and 5000 SmartHubs allow the use of the app to view local recordings. All others require that you eject the drive for viewing on a computer.
