    <description>&lt;P&gt;Known issue as evidenced by a quick search for similar posts here.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There are 3 possible solutions:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1) remove one camera and sync it back to your account to see what happens - this seems to have worked for some folks.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2) see if&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.arlo.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/922577"&gt;@BrookeN&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;will be able to run a backend sync for you (this may take a while due to the holiday).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3) nuclear option - remove all devices from your account and start fresh, as if new.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cameras not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 5 cameras and four of them have not worked for a week now. I’ve tried resetting the home base, unplugging the home base, etc. any ideas&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;These cams appear to be offline. Have you tried removing just one and readding it to your app to see if that resolves this offline issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
