      <description>&lt;P&gt;The microphone is not working. Says connection failed. It worked up until now a week ago. It works when I am in the home, but when I am somewhere else the microphone says connection failed. It's so weird&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app? Does the mic work if you're away from home but on WiFi instead of cell service?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;uninstalled app and reinstalled. The feature works when in the house, but when away from home it doesn't work, whether on wifi or data. Spouse has same issue with app on her phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>
