No more email alerts

Months ago lost email alerts on my cameras and access to parents 2 different systems. Been given multiple invites but nothing shows up. I get my camera alerts on iPhone. Tried to contact direct support to see why without success.

Do you see "Feed" and "Dashboard" in your app? Or do you see "Library" instead.

Also check what the primary accounts see.

Arlo is slowly migrating uses from "Library" to "Feed". Friend account access requires that the accounts match (either both "Library" or both "Feed"). It is possible to force an account on "Library" to "Feed", but you cannot go back to "Library".
