Did you let the batteries completely die before attempting to charge them? Proactively charging when they get low is a good idea.

My batteries won't charge. None of them. I've switched out all the batteries and unplugged the main box and still nothing. I changed the charging cord and outlet. Any suggestions? We have the Arlo pro 2
