&lt;P&gt;It looks like the camera LED on your base station is showing amber. This indicates you need to claim your base station and then go through the sync process for your cameras.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Log in to your Arlo account and click "Add Device". Select base station and follow the on screen instructions. Be sure the device you are using to add the base station is on the same network as your base station.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please let me know if you experience any issues.&lt;/P&gt;
